- 2 eggs
- 3 dill pickles sliced
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
Spray Air Fryer with non stick cooking spray.
Pour eggs in a bowl.
In a separate shallow bowl, combine almondflour, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Spray Air Fryer basket with non stick cookingspray. Dip sliced pickles in eggs, then in almond flourmixture and line in Air Fryer. Repeat until Air Fryer basket is filled.
Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Cook at360 degrees for 5 minutes. Open basket. Flip.Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Additional Tips:
In place of eggs, you can use 4 egg whites.
You can substitute pork rinds for almond flour.
You can use a seasoning of your choice.
