Keto fried pickles are a super-easy, keto air fryer recipe the entire family will love.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dill pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Spray Air Fryer with non stick cooking spray.
  • Pour eggs in a bowl.
  • In a separate shallow bowl, combine almond
    flour, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
  • Spray Air Fryer basket with non stick cooking
    spray.
  • Dip sliced pickles in eggs, then in almond flour
    mixture and line in Air Fryer.
  • Repeat until Air Fryer basket is filled.
  • Spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Cook at
    360 degrees for 5 minutes. Open basket. Flip.
    Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Additional Tips:
In place of eggs, you can use 4 egg whites.
You can substitute pork rinds for almond flour.
You can use a seasoning of your choice.
