Air Fryer Fried Okra

Air fryer fried okra is a 3-ingredient, perfect vegetable side dish for the entire family. At under 4 grams of carbs per serving, my air fryer fried okra is perfect for those following a keto, low-carb, and gluten-free diet.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb okra
  • 2 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry okra. Place okra in a medium bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over okra and toss with tongs.
  • Sprinkle Redmond Real Salt and toss.
  • Pour okra mixture into the air fryer basket.
  • Air fryer okra at 390 degrees for 12-14 minutes making sure to ‘shake’ the basket at 6 minutes.
  • Serve!!!

Things to note:
  • In my recipe, I used the Redmond Real Salt.
  • This recipe calls for 1 lob of okra, depending on the size of your Air Fryer, you may have to cook in 2 batches OR split the recipe in half.
