These keto air fryer chicken tenders will be a hit with adults and kids. Follow my step-by-step diabetic-friendly recipe for the perfect low carb chicken tenders in the air fryer or Ninja Foodi!

- 5 eggs whisk
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup pecans crushed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tsp salt Redmond Real Salt
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins defrosted
Pour eggs or egg whites into a shallow dish. If using eggs, whisk. Place aside.
In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, pecans, grated parmesan cheese, and seasoning of choice.
Spray Air Fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
In an assembly line fashion, dip chicken into egg mixture, then into almond flour mixture.
Line dipped chicken into the Air Fryer basket. Continue until the Air Fryer is full, making sure the chicken does not touch.
Air Crisp (or air fry) at 360 degrees for 10 minutes.
Open basket. Using tongs flip chicken.
Air Crisp (or air fry) for an additional 6-10 minutes.
Things to note:
-While I have the nutrition facts listed, it is very likely you will not use ALL the eggs and almond flour.
-Using chicken breast will alter the time. I highly encourage you to use chicken tenderloins in this recipe.
-Of course you can uses your favorite seasonings!
